I fianlly went over to Starbucks and bought a pound of their “Fair Trade Certified” coffee, the Cafe Estima Blend. Its a bold coffee which I thought was kinda odd because you won’t reach a large crowd with a bold coffee, but hopefully they will soon release a

I don't know if you're anywhere near a Trader Joe's, but they have several types of fair trade coffee. There is also a group called Pura Vida who sell fair trade coffee online.
