Our admin assisstant only works part time. She answers the phone, puts our weekly bulletin and newsletter together for distribution, helps with copies and such for our preschool, and enters data into the computer. I know she does more, but this is the bulk of what she does on a regular basis.

Thanks for the info. That is pretty much we think she will be doing but I wanted to throw it out there to see if we are missing anything. We are realizing how much administration stuff is done in committees and ministry teams bogging them down from doing ministry so we are working to stream line some of that her way to free them up and make the admin stuff happen on a more consistent basis.

one thing I have found is that it doesn't take long for a part time admin assisstant to have too much to do with part time
