Is it meant to be a logo, a poster, etc???
Only initial comment would be the text at the top almost bleeds off, otherwise very nice.
Any other comments would be effected by what your intenetions are.

looks good, i agree with the bleed issue....
and maybe the outward text gradient doesn't help it stand out much...maybe more emphasis like drop shadow or ?????

Thanks for the comments. I appreciate your help with this. I will work in the top white wording and also the word Outward. My goal with the gradient in Outward is movement, but maybe that can be achieved another way.
